We are just a small bjj group of 12-15 peeps of all sorts of life, learning and training on a "recreational", sustainable level 3x times a week! We are definitely not the best team around, but we train consistently! Our approach is a more „old school“ BJJ oriented style and we train just for fun with likeminded people in a positive training environment to shake the stress off after a hard day at work and to stay physically and mentally fit. „Self defense readiness“ is just a side effect and bonus, but definitely not our main goal or priority! The main focus of our training is to enjoy learning + training with nice people, having positive experiences and fun on the mat in a positive and safe environment! If your goal is to compete every other weekend and learn the newest lapel guard or heel hook set up or you want to learn MMA, we are definitely not the Team you are searching for!
